Group Registration/Rental Space
The Mount Agamenticus Conservation Region offers scenic vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the White Mountains, along with unfragmented forests and watersheds that showcase years of land protection efforts. The Region also boasts more than 40 miles of trails used by an estimated 30,000 visitors each year. We do not always recognize the impact of any single person or group, but tens of thousands of visitors annually takes its toll. With your help we can protect the resources that make this area special and keep it worth coming back to for you, for other visitors, and for wildlife.

The information you provide will allow us to better track the activities that take place here and help ensure careful stewardship of the land. Furthermore, we will be better able to assist you plan your visit, verify that there are adequate facilities (e.g. parking, restrooms, etc.) and ensure there are no conflicts with other groups or activities.
To assist the process, please follow these steps:

1. Download and review the Mount Agamenticus Lodge & Grounds Policies. (see below)

2. Fill out the Group Registration Form. Click here to download a copy and mail or fax it back to the Functions Coordinator.

3. Please be as thorough as possible when filling out this application and include any additional information that you think would help with the determination. You can fax the signed application form to the Functions Coordinator at 207-351-2967 or mail to: Functions Coordinator, York Parks & Recreation Dept., 186 York Street, York, ME 03909.

4. You will receive a notification when your Registration Form has been received. Please allow at least two weeks to process your application.

Those wishing to conduct an activity on the trails (outside of the lodge and summit area) not covered by the posted Rules and Regulations on and around Mount Agamenticus will be asked to apply for a Special Use Permit from the Mount Agamenticus Steering Committee. Please contact the Conservation Coordinator to obtain an application.
